Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Hotel outdated condition and furniture need upgrade. Bed not comfy. Cleanliness need improvement- small cockroach spotted. Breakfast just normal, not fantastic.

早餐非常豐盛，長者孩子都很喜歡，孩子們更喜歡游泳池，盡情的玩耍！下次來還會選擇住在這裡，離商場都很近，交通很方便。

Location veryyyy strategic for shopping. December right next to it. Platinum mall only 1 min walk, and pratunam market just opposite the hotel. Halal food also easy to find. You can get halal food from platinum mall, or walk around 7min to the nearest halal restaurant in pratunam market

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is quite old, but well-maintained. What stood out was the spacious layout, the room came with a separate living area and bedroom. The location is also very convenient, close to shops. The only downside was the bed. It was quite shaky so even a small movement from my husband turning over during the night could be felt clearly, which could be disruptive for light sleeper like me. A more stable bed would definitely improve the stay.

First day fridge water on the floor.. Nxt day the bed should be very dirty and just nice they got painting work done and couse my girl got bad rashes.. from the pic can see how bad the rashes.. 3 lift 1 under maintenance left 2 and slow... Left my card at the hotel they also nv check and return..

Отель расположен крайне удачно, внизу торговый центр Платинум, в пешей доступности Central Festival, Big S, огромный ночной рынок. Парк Люмпини тоже совсем рядом, в пешей доступности две ветки метро. Для тех кто приехал на шоппинг идеально. Номера достаточно просторные, чистые. Если повезёт, то вид из окна будет на Байок Скай. В номере есть все необходимое, только озадачило наличие кухни, у которой не работает ничего, чистая бутафория) персонал приветливый, не говорит по английски или некоторые очень плохо, но это Таиланд и всегда можно найти способ объясниться) при заселении подарили подарочки и приветсвенный комплимент от отеля в виде фруктов и закусок.

We booked 2 of the 2 bedrooms deluxe suites for our family of 7 adults and 2 young children. Very spacious and big units with living, dining and kitchen areas. Design is quite dated. There were small cockroaches in 1 of our suites. Otherwise, location is fantastic. Walking distance to main shopping malls and big C supermarket. Hotel staff are kind and helpful. Speaks English and one even speaks Chinese. Affordable. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Not bad , the staffs are very friendly , water and soda stuff been sold on the first floor is not expansive at all, but the location is really not conviennent ,especially when it rains , super difficult to get a taxi .
